Services: Consulting, Assessments, Online courses, Sales Automations Job Description: ( Freelancer or Internship only) Role Overview: We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is passionate about lead generation, community building, and digital engagement. This role will focus on generating qualified leads for our online courses hosted on platforms like Graphy, Teachable, or Kajabi, while also building and nurturing a strong online community through WhatsApp, webinars, and social platforms. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Campaigns Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads . Drive traffic and conversions for online courses hosted on LMS platform like Graphy Monitor KPIs, cost-per-lead, and ROI to ensure campaign efficiency. Community Building & Engagement Build and manage WhatsApp groups, online forums, and communities for learners. Drive engagement through interactive posts, polls, and discussions. Organize and promote webinars to attract and engage prospective learners. Content & Communication Work with the team to create marketing assets (ad copies, landing pages, email campaigns). Develop engagement strategies to nurture leads from awareness to course enrollment. Use storytelling and value-driven content to build trust within communities. Platform & Tools Manage LMS integrations and workflows Graphy. Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation, and analytics platforms . Track performance metrics and prepare weekly reports. Required Skills: Proven knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and paid ads (Google & Meta) . Experience with LMS platforms (Graphy, Teachable, Kajabi or similar). Strong grasp of community engagement via WhatsApp, webinars, or social platforms . Basic understanding of funnels, retargeting, and nurturing strategies . Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data. Preferred Experience: Prior work in edtech, course marketing, or online training businesses . Hands-on experience with webinar platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) . Familiarity with content marketing, SEO, and email automation tools . Role type and compensation: Type: Freelance / Internship (3–6 months, extendable based on performance) Compensation: Stipend / Project-based fee (to be discussed based on experience) Location: Remote (flexible working hours)
