Job Summary:

Salesforce Manual QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand Salesforce system requirements and business processes.
• Design and execute detailed

  manual test cases

  for Salesforce applications.
• Perform

  functional

  ,

  regression

  ,

  integration

  , and

  user acceptance testing (UAT)

  .
• Validate

  data migration

  processes and ensure data integrity.
• Test

  Experience Cloud

  interfaces for usability, navigation, and security.
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like

  JIRA

  or

  TestRail

  .
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues and verify fixes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Provide regular status updates and test reports to project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in

  manual QA testing

  , specifically within

  Salesforce environments

  .
• Strong understanding of Salesforce features, including

  Sales Cloud

  ,

  Service Cloud

  , and

  Experience Cloud

  .
• Experience in testing

  data migration

  and

  user interfaces

  .
• Familiarity with

  validation rules

  ,

  flows

  ,

  process builders

  , and

  Lightning components

  .
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with

  test management tools

  (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr).
• Knowledge of

  SQL

  for backend data validation.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
• Exposure to

  API testing

  and

  ETL tools

  like MuleSoft or Informatica is beneficial
