Job Summary As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the release process of Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Copado, strong project management skills, and a solid understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem. Responsibilities include: - Developing and maintaining detailed release schedules, coordinating with various stakeholders. - Overseeing environment configurations and managing deployment pipelines in Copado. - Ensuring rigorous quality assurance practices are followed, including automated testing. - Identifying and mitigating risks associated with software releases. - Maintaining thorough documentation of release processes and configurations. - Communicating effectively with stakeholders about release plans, progress, and issues. - Conducting post-release reviews and implementing improvements based on feedback. Minimum Degree Required: BE/B Tech/ME/M Tech/MBA Key Skills: Copado, GitHub, Ant Migration Tool, Jenkins, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Preferred Field(s) of Study: BE/B Tech/ME/M Tech/MBA Minimum Years of Experience: 6 to 10 years Certification(s) Preferred: Managed Services - Application Evolution Services At PwC, we focus on working with our clients to bring the power of technology and humans together to create simple yet powerful solutions.
