You will be responsible for working on end-to-end campaigns on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, which includes understanding coding languages such as SQL, HTML/CSS, Amp script, and Java. It is preferred that you have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science or E&C. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building end-to-end journeys on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, which involves creating segments, emails, automations, cloud pages, and journeys. - Executing Multichannel Campaigns based on SFMC suite and supporting Multichannel Campaign Partners on relevant features and functionalities to ensure the best possible customer experience. - Translating sales/marketing requirements into functional marketing automation campaigns. - Managing data by building data extensions/segments, preparing data for importing/uploading, and using data import tools. - Assisting with fetching reports post completion of the journey.
