As an experienced professional in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end campaigns on the platform. Your expertise in coding languages such as SQL, HTML/CSS, Amp script, and Java will be essential in executing successful campaigns. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science or Electronics & Communication, will be advantageous for this role. You will be tasked with building comprehensive journeys on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, which includes creating segments, emails, automations, cloud pages, and journeys. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing Multichannel Campaigns using SFMC suite, ensuring optimal customer experience across various touchpoints of the customer journey. It will be your responsibility to interpret sales and marketing requirements and translate them into functional marketing automation campaigns. Additionally, you will be involved in data management activities such as constructing data extensions/segments, preparing data for import/upload, and utilizing data import tools. You will also provide support in generating reports upon the completion of campaigns.
