Salesforce Lead- FSL

As a Salesforce Lead (Field Service Lightning - FSL) at Trantor, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end Salesforce Field Service implementations and managing high-performing technical teams. Your role will involve deep technical expertise in Salesforce Core and Field Service Lightning, leading development teams, solution architecture, and client engagement. You must exhibit a strong mix of technical leadership, solution design, and stakeholder management to deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions. Your key responsibilities will include leading end-to-end Salesforce FSL solution design and implementations, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions using Salesforce Core and FSL customization, driving customization of the FSL Mobile App, providing technical leadership to developers, leading integrations with external systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining architecture and technical strategy, driving adoption of DevOps practices, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring project delivery in an Agile/Scrum environment. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation, with a minimum of 2 years in Salesforce FSL. You must possess strong expertise in Salesforce Core, a deep understanding of FSL data model and architecture, proven experience in leading Salesforce project teams, hands-on integration experience, knowledge of Salesforce DevOps practices and tools, strong communication and leadership skills, and relevant Salesforce certifications. Experience with Lightning Scheduler or other FSL add-ons is preferred. Your expertise in Salesforce Core, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, FSL, middleware tools, CI/CD tools, and Agile/Scrum methodology will be crucial for success in this role.
