Job Description

As a Salesforce DevOps Technical Lead at Cognizant, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Dev Ops Setup related activities as required. Currently Jenkins is used for CI/CD pipeline, Flosum can be used later. - Maintaining the deployment checklist across releases. - Maintaining the Salesforce environment strategy. - Maintain the Bitbucket Branching strategy. - Help in resolving merge conflict or guide Dev team on the process. - Performing all the deployment to DryRun, QA, Pre-Prod, and Prod environments. - Maintaining the Installation Qualification (IQ) document and getting it reviewed followed by approvals. - Contribute to the SLC documentation such as CWB's etc. as required based on the Project need. Qualifications required for this role: - Knowledge on Salesforce CII process is recommended.
