The Role : Salesforce Developer (Salesforce Billing)
The Team :
We are responsible for the management and improvements of the Business Applications that drive S&P Global. Our team operates across many internal applications from Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Oracle ERP, Data Warehouse, Internal Fulfillment Systems and Workflow tools. You will have the opportunity every single day to work with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and to develop a close team dynamic with coworkers from around the globe.
The Impact :
As a Senior Salesforce Revenue Cloud developer who works in our enterprise Revenue Cloud environments, you will use your extensive Salesforce Platform skills experience to help lead and improve the S&P Global Salesforce Platforms. You will make strategic decisions on the future state of the platform, as well as lead large Platform wide projects on CPQ and Billing projects.

What We??re Looking For:
- Bachelors /Master??s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 Years of experience in application development using Salesforce.
- Strong experience in APEX Trigger Design Patterns, Salesforce Governor Limits, and Salesforce Asynchronous APEX (Batch, Queueable, Future methods).
- Experience developing enterprise level Test Classes, Mock Interfaces, and maintaining 85% code coverage.
- Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., Lightning Web Components, JavaScript frameworks like Angular/jQuery) to enhance the user experience within the platform.
- Experience integrating Salesforce flows and custom APEX with Agentforce to deliver high-impact, scalable agent workflows.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1.
- Experience with SalesForce.com API, SOAP messaging and integration with other enterprise applications.
- Proficient with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile, Test- driven development.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant & Salesforce Platform Developer 2.
- Significant functional understanding of billing functionalities such as collections, revenue schedules, cash application, tax, and invoice generation.
- Experience building custom solutions around Salesforce Steelbrick, Revenue Cloud, or Zuora Implementations at an enterprise level.
- Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., Lightning Web Components, JavaScript frameworks like Angular/jQuery) to enhance the user experience within the platform.
- Experience integrating Salesforce using external objects, graphQL, and Salesforce Managed Packages limitations.
- Experience working in a complex, multi-cloud or multi-org Salesforce environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to create technical design documents, architectural enterprise design documents, and data schema(s).
