We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer at Mid & Senior levels (4 - 7yrs exp) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive development experience on the Salesforce platform, including coding, configuration, and Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) skills, and will play a crucial role in leading projects and mentoring team members. Location:
Overall Responsibilities
- Design and provide architecture diagrams for applications as needed.
- Implement best practices, code coverage, unit testing, and perform code reviews.
- Participate in requirement elicitation sessions to analyze technical requirements and provide effort estimations.
- Support team members and peers to ensure end-to-end delivery of tasks.
Skill-set Required:
- Develop and customize solutions using Salesforce Lightning, Metadata, and Declarative Tools (Flow, App Builder).
- Implement API integrations (REST, XML, JSON, Middleware, P-P) and work with data management tools (Data Loader, Workbench, ETL, SOQL, SOSL).
- Leverage Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) capabilities to design and implement complex revenue recognition solutions.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and best practices, including AppExchange integrations.
- Work with CI/CD tools and Agile/Scrum methodologies to streamline deployments.
- Utilize Salesforce IDEs (VS Code, Salesforce CLI, SFDX, IntelliJ) for development and debugging.
- Apply object-oriented programming and software design principles to create scalable solutions.
Requirements:
- Active Salesforce System Administrator Certification (mandatory); additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, CI/CD processes, and Agile development.
- Experience with Salesforce sharing, security, and governance models.
- Proven expertise in Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) for revenue recognition and billing solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Experience:
4 - 7 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on coding and configuration. Proven track record of leading Salesforce projects and mentoring team members, including RCA implementation.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Presenting solutions to Architecture Review Boards and gaining consensus among stakeholders.
- Proactively communicating with teams to ensure solutions are implemented effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years (and maximum 7 years) of hands-on experience specifically in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA).
