Job Description

As a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer / Lead, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of scalable and robust Salesforce solutions. Your primary focus would be on leading the implementation of Salesforce CRM solutions, designing and developing custom Salesforce applications, and performing complex system integrations with external platforms. In addition, you will be required to enforce adherence to Salesforce best practices, participate in Agile ceremonies, and serve as the Salesforce Subject Matter Expert (SME) during client meetings. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce CRM solutions, including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support. - Design and develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Configure and customize standard/custom objects, validation rules, flows, process builders, record types, page layouts, approval processes, and permission sets. - Perform complex system integrations with external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi), and Salesforce Connect. - Handle deployment and version control activities using Change Sets, ANT Migration Tool, AutoRabit, Copado, or other DevOps tools. - Enforce adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, governor limits, and security principles. - Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to sprint delivery. - Serve as the Salesforce Subject Matter Expert (SME) during client meetings, technical discussions, and solution reviews. - Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship and support to junior developers on technical tasks. - Maintain documentation including technical design specs, user manuals, and test plans. Required Skills & Experience: - 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development and customization. - Proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other platform products. - Experience with API integration, external data sources, and web services. - Hands-on experience with deployment tools such as ANT, Change Sets, AutoRabit, or Copado. - Sound understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, roles, and permission sets. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps pipeline tools. - Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II is a plus). - Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred/Bonus Skills: - Salesforce Certifications. - Experience with Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Field Service Lightning. - Knowledge of CI/CD practices and Git-based workflows. - Familiarity with MuleSoft, Heroku, or other Salesforce ecosystem tools.,
