Salesforce Developer

As a Middle Salesforce Developer at our leading real estate client based in Bengaluru, India, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for staff augmentation to support the internal Salesforce team. Your main objective will be to enhance the team's capacity, ensuring smoother operations and development within their Salesforce environment. In this hybrid-flexible role, you will begin with a 3-month on-site engagement at the client's location in Bengaluru. This phase aims to provide deeper project visibility, technical insight, hands-on experience, and alignment with the evolving client-side project. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet business needs, customizing applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC), integrating Salesforce with internal and external systems via APIs and middleware, managing data models for data quality and security, building automation using Flows, triggers, and other tools, conducting code reviews and testing for high-quality delivery, and documenting technical designs and configurations for future reference. To excel in this role, you should have solid experience in Salesforce development and customization (Apex, Visualforce, LWC), proficiency in relevant programming languages such as Java and JavaScript, familiarity with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, a good understanding of data modeling, databases, and SQL, strong problem-solving skills, the ability to design effective solutions, and a few years of experience in Salesforce or related roles.,
