You should have experience testing Salesforce applications for 4 to 5 years, with a focus on Test Automation tools such as Provar, Eggplant, and Selenium. Your expertise should extend to working in both the Salesforce classic and Lightning ecosystems, along with a strong understanding of processes like Omniscripts, Lightning, JAVA, and Apex. Additionally, you must possess knowledge of supporting Salesforce solutions, specifically in Experience Cloud and/or Service Cloud. Familiarity with Agile methodology, Scrum approach, and Salesforce CRM applications is essential. Your responsibilities will include designing, creating, and maintaining test plans and test cases. You will be required to conduct extensive functionality integration, regression, and end-to-end system testing independently and collaboratively. Working closely with development and business teams to ensure the deployment of high-quality software within specified timelines is crucial. Furthermore, you will troubleshoot, analyze, and report defects to the Salesforce team, document new features, evaluate test plan risks, and contribute to the standardization and enhancement of the QA process.
