Salesforce Conga Developer

You will play a key role in helping to design, build, and continuously enhance the client's online platform. Your responsibilities will include researching, suggesting, and implementing new technology solutions while adhering to best practices and standards. It will be crucial for you to take ownership of the resiliency and availability of various products. Additionally, you will be expected to actively contribute as a valuable member of the team. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce.com (SFDC) functional, development, and/or engineering roles. You must also have a minimum of 1 year of robust, real-world experience with Conga CLM (formerly Apttus), with an ideal preference for 2+ years. A deep understanding of the Contract Management Lifecycle (CLM) process is essential. You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Conga CLM Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or Business Design Consultant, with a specific focus on Conga functionality for enterprise CLM implementations. Your skill set should include the ability to organize and independently lead workshops with business users, experience with REST and SOAP-based integrations, and proficiency in tasks such as building Agreement Templates and enhancing Conga Advanced Approval processes. Moreover, you should be adept at developing and managing document generation tools, configuring Conga and Salesforce automations, and demonstrating extensive knowledge of Conga CLM declarative configuration. Collaboration with Salesforce Administrators to validate business requirements and considerations like security, scalability, and system limits will be part of your routine. You should also have a strong track record of experience with Conga CLM data migration, proficiency in developing Apex, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components, and expertise in custom User Interface development. Your role will involve utilizing Salesforce APIs for integrating with other systems within the organization, maintaining code documentation, adhering to Salesforce best practices, and developing/maintaining test classes for custom development. You will be expected to integrate and maintain business applications with Salesforce and collaborate with the Conga Team for system integrations. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal), and Salesforce Developer or Architecture certifications are required. A Conga CLM Certification is preferred, along with experience collaborating with IT/Developers on integrations across business systems.
