Salesforce B2C Developer

You will be responsible for leading technical development and implementation of Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions for eCommerce platforms. Your role will involve architecting, designing, and developing scalable solutions using Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud (SFCC). Additionally, you will lead backend development efforts, oversee code quality, performance optimization, and security best practices. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior developers will also be part of your responsibilities. - Architect, design, and develop scalable solutions using Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud (SFCC). - Lead backend development efforts, including SFRA and Headless Commerce implementations. - Oversee code quality, performance optimization, and security best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend engineers, solution architects, product managers). - Define and enforce coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in complex multi-site environments. - Mentor and guide junior developers. - 8+ years of experience in Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud (SFCC) development. - Expertise in SFRA, OCAPI, SCAPI, and server-side scripting. - Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ISML, Git, Jira, Confluence. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps principles. - Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer Certification (required), Architect Certification (preferred). - Excellent communication and leadership skills.
