As a Salesforce Developer, your role will involve implementing and integrating AI features within the Salesforce platform, particularly focusing on enabling Salesforce AI/Einstein features such as Prediction Builder, Discovery, Next Best Action, Data Cloud, and CRM Analytics. You will collaborate with TAMS teams to deliver AI-assisted workflows and insights for healthcare operations while ensuring scale, security, and compliance with HIPAA/PHI regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Build on-platform AI features by implementing Einstein/Prediction Builder models and integrating predictions into record pages, flows, and LWC. - Configure Next Best Action strategies using invocable actions and decisioning rules. - Utilize Einstein Discovery/CRM Analytics to surface prescriptive insights within Salesforce. - Leverage Data Cloud for profile unification, calculated insights, and activations. - Design and develop Apex (triggers, classes, REST), LWC, and Flows with test coverage and guardrails. - Create scalable, reusable components to consume AI outputs in UI and automation. - Build robust API integrations (REST/SOAP, Platform Events) with enterprise systems. - Collaborate with data teams on feature engineering, data contracts, data quality, and monitoring for AI use cases. - Follow HIPAA/PHI handling, Salesforce Shield/data masking, and least-privilege patterns. - Utilize SFDX/Git-based CI/CD for proper branching/release management. - Establish test strategies, monitoring, bias checks, and result explainability. - Document solution designs, runbooks, and KT for TAMS support teams. Must-Have Qualifications: - 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and Platform Events. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce AI/Einstein features such as Prediction Builder, Einstein Discovery, Next Best Action, and Data Cloud. - Strong API/integration skills with Apex callouts, Named Credentials, OAuth 2.0. - Solid CI/CD experience with SFDX, Git, and automated tests. - Salesforce Platform Developer I certification. Nice-to-Have: - Salesforce Platform Developer II, Data Cloud Consultant, CRM Analytics & Einstein Discovery certifications. - Experience with MuleSoft, Event-Driven patterns, and external model integrations. - Knowledge of feature engineering, data quality, and Shield encryption. - Transaction Security familiarity.,
