Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Line Sales Call Representative to handle daily order-taking tasks. This position is open to female candidates only and requires the individual to work from our factory office. The ideal candidate will manage customer calls, ensure accurate order entries, and maintain excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make daily calls to customers and take their orders.
• Accurately record orders and coordinate with the sales and delivery teams.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Address any inquiries or issues from customers in a professional manner.
• Maintain a daily record of orders and ensure proper documentation.

Requirements:

• Only female candidates are eligible for this position.
• A basic college degree in any field is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Must be punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.
