Key Responsibilities: Approach and convert 2 two-wheeler customers per day Sell insurance products as per company offerings Achieve minimum 150 insurance policies per month Maintain records of policy sales and customer data Work collaboratively with the team to meet targets Provide updates and reports on daily performance Compensation & Benefits: Salary: Rs.12,000/month (on achieving 150 policies/month) Incentives & Travel Allowance applicable when meeting or exceeding targets If 125 policies completed: Rs.10,000 fixed pay If below 125 policies: Paid per policy (no incentives or travel reimbursement) Above 150 policies: Additional incentive per policy Work Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off) Office Address: 88/2, Villianur Road, Reddiarpalayam, Marie Oulgaret, Puducherry, 605010 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹8,365.24 - ₹12,552.81 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Language: Tamil (Required) Work Location: In person
