Sales Support Officer ( Immediate Joiner)

Vacancy with a leading U. K. Concept Preschool Chain ; Head Office in Noida with presence PAN India. The Company is operational since 1999 and is now operating from 3 Countries and has 250+ Franchisees as on date .The curriculum integrates traditional learning with technology to enhance children's development. The preschool offers a unique learning experience with technology-enabled teaching tools and a focus on holistic development.
As a Sales Support Officer ; your role is focused on supporting the sales team by acting as a bridge between potential clients and the Sales Team. The responsibilities include tap the inquiries ; identifying and qualifying leads, convert inquiries into hot prospects and pass the lead to Sales team for further closure. The aim is to improve the overall sales process and win rates. Key responsibilitiesClient engagement: Interacting with potential clients to understand their needs and provide information .Lead qualification: Identifying potential leads to ensure the sales team focuses on high-quality prospects.Market research: Analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes to inform sales strategies.Why the role is importantImproves win rates: By ensuring that the sales team is talking to the right prospects and demonstrating the right value, pre-sales activities can significantly increase the likelihood of closing a deal.Increases efficiency: It allows the sales team to focus on closing deals rather than on the initial research and qualification phases.

The Incumbent must be a Graduate with 2 years +experience in Sales Support/ Pre Sales/ Sales .

Job Location : Vasundhara, Ghaziabad.

Work Timings: Monday to Saturday; 9:30 am to 6 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,504.62 - ₹30,500.62 per month
