Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

About the Role

Indian Electricals is looking for an experienced Sales & Quotation Executive to prepare quotations for electrical products, handle customer enquiries, and follow up with customers to convert quotations into orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations based on customer enquiries and BOQs.
• Select the correct electrical products, ratings, and product codes.
• Calculate prices, discounts, and GST accurately.
• Follow up with customers on quotations and pending orders.
• Suggest alternative products when items are unavailable.
• Coordinate with the billing and dispatch teams.
• Maintain quotation records and follow-up details.
• Update product prices and quotation formats when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in preparing quotations for electrical or switchgear products.
• Hands-on experience with Lauritz Knudsen (L&K / L&T) switchgear products is mandatory.
• Knowledge of MCBs, RCCBs, MCCBs, contactors, relays, and distribution boards.
• Ability to read BOQs and prepare quotations independently.
• Knowledge of pricing, discounts, and GST.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of Tally is preferred.
• Any graduate.
• Good communication, accuracy, and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
