Job summary:

Client of Hiring Tag is looking for a proactive and organized Sales Support Executive to support sourcing, order processing, production follow-ups, sales lead generation, and order tracking. The ideal candidate should have good Excel skills, basic familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Zoho, and the ability to communicate professionally with buyers and suppliers in English.

Key responsibilities:

· Enter and update orders accurately in Zoho ERP.

· Follow up with suppliers and production teams on order progress, production schedules, and delivery timelines.

· Maintain order tracking sheets, status reports, and related records in Excel.

· Draft routine business emails and share timely order updates with buyers.

· Assist with sourcing, identifying potential sales leads, and making follow-up calls.

· Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, production teams, and the sales team to ensure smooth order execution.

· Highlight delays, discrepancies, or pending requirements to the relevant team for timely resolution.

Required skills & qualifications:

· Graduate in any discipline; a background in merchandising, textiles, or apparel is preferred.

· Relevant qualifications from NIFT or similar fashion and textile institutes would be an advantage.

· Basic knowledge of Zoho ERP or other ERP systems.

· Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

· Basic proficiency in written and spoken English, including professional email drafting.

· Strong coordination, follow-up, organizational, and time-management skills.

· Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities.

A responsible, detail-oriented individual who takes ownership of assigned tasks, follows up consistently, and coordinates effectively across buyers, suppliers, production, and sales teams.
