Sales Supervisor / Representative

As a Sales Supervisor in Modern Retail at Sabari Distributions Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for applying merchandising principles to maximize productivity across retail operations. You will efficiently manage multiple priorities, allocate resources between accounts, and provide clear scheduling instructions and delivery goals to frontline staff. It is essential to anticipate potential customer issues, implement proactive contingency plans, and train and mentor frontline employees using PBC tools and processes. Your role will involve considering cost-per-unit constraints when addressing customer needs, supporting employee task prioritization, and fostering a collaborative team environment. You will oversee daily operations, delegate tasks, monitor progress, set performance targets, and measure results to maintain accountability. To qualify for this position, you must hold a graduate degree, have prior experience in modern retail, and be available to join immediately. A willingness to travel as needed and proven experience in team management are also required. The job type is full-time with a monthly salary ranging from 27,000 to 31,000 along with additional benefits such as Travel Allowance (TA), Daily Allowance (DA), and Incentives. The benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund, and the schedule is on a day shift basis. Furthermore, there are performance and yearly bonuses provided. The preferred education level is a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in English is preferred. A valid Driving Licence is also preferred, and 100% willingness to travel is desirable.
