Seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales/Student Counselor to guide prospective students, provide expert academic and career advice, and drive student enrollment to meet institutional goals. This role combines sales expertise with a deep understanding of student needs in the educational sector. Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Enrollment:Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for student admissions and program enrollment.
• Student Counseling:Provide expert advice on academic pathways, courses, and programs, and assist students with application processes and admissions.
• Lead Management:Respond to student and parent inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, ensuring timely follow-up to convert leads into enrollments.
• Information Dissemination:Educate prospective students and parents on the institution's offerings, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
• Relationship Building:Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective students, their families, and potentially educational partners.
• Data Management:Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and enrollment progress to support continuous analysis and reporting.
• Collaboration:Liaise with internal academic departments and staff to ensure a seamless student experience from inquiry to enrollment.
