Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Gurgaon. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for sales activities including understanding and meeting customer needs, providing exceptional customer service, managing and closing sales deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role may involve explaining financing options, assisting with paperwork, managing trade-ins, and maintaining a deep knowledge of the available vehicle inventory. The Sales Specialist will also need to work collaboratively with the sales team and participate in sales training and development activities.
