Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist - Plastic Processing Machinery at XTRUSMART - Smart Extrusion Solutions, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying prospective clients, understanding and presenting the company&aposs products and solutions, negotiating sales contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the industry and products, attending trade shows and industry events, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales and marketing, particularly in the plastic processing machinery industry
• Technical knowledge of extrusion and plastic processing machinery
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Negotiation and contract management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Willingness to travel as needed
