Sales & Service Executive

As a Sales & Service Executive for a two-wheeler showroom, your role involves handling customer enquiries, explaining vehicle features, assisting with service-related support, and maintaining good customer relationships. You will be responsible for attending to customers, explaining vehicle features & pricing, handling sales enquiries, assisting customers during service bookings and delivery, maintaining showroom cleanliness and display arrangement, updating daily sales/service records, as well as supporting management in day-to-day activities. Key Responsibilities: - Attend customers and explain vehicle features & pricing - Handle sales enquiries and follow up with potential buyers - Assist customers during service bookings and delivery - Maintain showroom cleanliness and display arrangement - Update daily sales/service records - Support management in day-to-day activities Qualifications Required: - 10th / 12th / Diploma (any field) - Freshers or experienced candidates can apply - Good communication skills - Two-wheeler driving licence preferred - Basic knowledge of bikes is an advantage In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications, the company provides benefits such as a company-provided mobile phone, paid time off, and a salary range of 9,000 - 14,000 per month.
