Sales / Senior Customer Service Executive

As a Sales / Senior Customer Service Executive at our company, your role will involve converting customer calls into actual sales and achieving specific goals. You will lead and mentor other team members, handling customer calls, solving issues under stress, converting initial calls into higher amount sales, and working closely with the team.
