Sales / Senior Customer Service Executive

You will be responsible for converting customer calls into actual sales as a Sales / Senior Customer Service Executive. Your role will require a high level of focus with specific goals. You will lead and mentor other team members to achieve sales targets. Your specific responsibilities will include handling customer calls, resolving customer issues under stressful conditions, converting initial calls into sales (especially high-value sales), and collaborating with and mentoring other team members. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication skills (both written and spoken), the ability to effectively convert calls into sales, proficiency in replying to customer emails, and the capability to work collaboratively within a team. Previous experience in managing small or large teams will be advantageous. A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service is required.
