Job Description

The job involves appointing industrial retailers in industrial hubs within the state and associating them with respective dealers. You will be responsible for managing the performance of dealers and executing ATL/BTL marketing plans. Additionally, you will be expected to generate on-ground demand from MSMEs and attend customer complaints from small & large industries, coordinating with R&D for resolution. Meeting revenue targets, reaching out to, onboarding, engaging, and managing an influencer network are also part of the role. The ideal candidate should have 2-7 years of experience in sales and marketing, business development, or telecalling. The salary for this position ranges from 3 Lac to 6 Lac per annum. A Bachelor's degree in any field is required. Key skills for this position include field sales executive experience, achieving revenue targets, automotive aftermarket sales knowledge, industrial aftermarket sales expertise, and the ability to drive walk-in business.
