We are searching for a motivated individual with excellent sales and communication skills, coupled with a strong passion for technology. As an Outbound Sales Development Representative, your responsibilities will include local travel to engage with potential prospects, understanding their needs, addressing queries, and converting business meetings into profitable deals. The ideal candidate should possess 6 months to 1 year of prior sales experience, the ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely, exceptional listening skills, and a proactive and persuasive demeanor. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a team environment and be willing to engage in a high volume of outbound activities daily. In return for your contributions, we offer a competitive salary along with sales commissions as per company policy. This is a full-time contract position with a duration of 12 months. The role entails a day shift in Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu, with the possibility of 50% travel required.
