Sales Representative

About the Role:

We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and approachable Sales Executive to join our team. Your role will be to interact with customers, explain our products clearly, and ensure a smooth and satisfying experience. If you love talking to people, solving their queries, and guiding them toward the right product, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in or online customers with a friendly and helpful attitude
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions
• Share product information in a clear and engaging way
• Follow up with potential clients through phone, WhatsApp, or email
• Maintain a neat record of daily client interactions and feedback
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support
• Maintain a professional and positive image of the brand at all times

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and explain products clearly
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps, WhatsApp, and email
• Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented attitude
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate
• Freshers are welcome; training will be provided
