Job Title: Sales Assistant – Formwork Division
Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: DEC Industries Head Office, Gudimalkapur
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Marketing Head

Role Objective:

To support the sales and marketing team in generating leads, coordinating with clients, and assisting in overall sales operations for formwork products.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in identifying and contacting potential clients.
Handle incoming client inquiries and provide basic information about products and services.
Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups between sales executives and clients.
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
Support in preparing quotations, proposals, and marketing materials.
Follow up with clients on quotations, orders, and payments as instructed.
Visit clients or project sites occasionally for follow-ups or data collection.
Maintain good communication and professional relationships with clients and internal teams.

Candidate Profile:

Qualification: Any Undergraduate degree (B.Com / B.Sc / B.A / BBA or equivalent).
Experience: Freshers are welcome.
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn sales processes.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain coordination.
Other Requirements:
Must own a two-wheeler for client or site visits when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
