Should handle entire Sales Life Cycle. Proven Direct Client and Third party Sales experience. Individual with a passion for Bench sales and looking to pursue their career in marketing consultants. Negotiates salaries with candidates & negotiates pay rates with subcontracting companies & close the position. Day-to-day activities include reviewing resumes, Posting Consultants profiles in Job Portals, Reference checks, Negotiate terms & rates for each project. You should co-ordinate with interview process and all the concerned till the position is closed. Ability to participate in all aspects of the sales cycle.
