Handle client queries efficiently through phone calls, walk-ins, and emails.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and keep them updated on their application progress.
Maintain accurate records and update client information in the database.
Meet and exceed monthly targets for client enrollments and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in immigration or visa consultancy is an added advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in handling clients with professionalism and empathy.
