Job Description

We are Hiring Sales order processor for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities are :

Review order details including pricing, quantities, and product codes to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping.
Monitor order status, track shipments, and communicate updates to customers when necessary.
Handle order changes, backorders, cancellations, and returns (RMA processing).
Generate invoices, packing lists, shipping labels, and related documentation.
Resolve order discrepancies and customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of orders, inventory levels, and customer communications.
Prepare daily or weekly reports related to order fulfillment and performance.

Qualification - Graduation

Experience - 1 to 2 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
