Job Description: Sales Officer (Life Insurance) Required Candidate Profile Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in BFSI, banking, finance, or insurance sales. Education: Graduation is mandatory (any specialization). Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Location: Must be a local resident with deep knowledge of the territory. Requirement: Must possess a functional two-wheeler for field operations. Eligibility: This is a professional role; freshers are not eligible to apply. Job Summary The Sales Officer is responsible for driving life insurance revenue by strategically recruiting, training, and leading a high-performing team of independent financial advisors. Key Responsibilities Team Expansion: Identify, recruit, and onboard commission-based advisors to build a robust sales network. Training & Development: Conduct regular sessions to enhance the team’s product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards. Performance Management: Motivate and guide advisors to meet and exceed their individual and collective business targets. Sales Leadership: Drive consistent sales volume through rigorous follow-ups, field coaching, and strategic team planning. Productivity Oversight: Monitor daily activities to ensure sustained team productivity and the achievement of organizational sales goals.
