Job Description

As a Sales Officer for a leading Agriculture input producer in Eastern India, you will be responsible for managing sales in the North 24 Parganas and South 24 Parganas districts. We are looking for a dedicated candidate with a Motorbike (with DL) and a minimum of 1 year of B2B Marketing experience. Previous experience in agricultural product sales will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should be a resident of BASHIRHAT SUB-DIVISION and hold a minimum qualification of a Graduate in any stream. Key Responsibilities: - Manage sales activities in the designated districts - Build and maintain relationships with B2B customers - Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business Benefits: - Cell phone reimbursement - Health insurance - Provident Fund This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. In addition to the base salary, there is a performance bonus based on achieving sales targets.
