Sales Officer

As a Sales Officer- Loans Sourcing in the company, your role will involve sourcing the right set of Loan Against Property (LAP) cases from various channels to achieve budgeted volumes. You will be responsible for retaining and expanding the customer base for mortgage loans and LAP by working closely with sourcing partners such as Connectors, Referral Partners, and Banks. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Credit team for the documentation and underwriting process required for case sanction. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers in the designated region to enhance affordable reach and ensure target achievement. Key Responsibilities: - Source LAP cases from open market channel, Cross Channel, and Direct cases - Retain and expand the customer base for mortgage loans and LAP - Liaise with Credit team for documentation and underwriting process - Acquire new customers in the allocated region - Achieve sales targets Qualifications Required: - In-depth knowledge of Consumer Asset products - 1-2 years of relevant experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) and Mortgage Loan sales in MFI/NBFC/Banking - Intermediate or Any Graduate qualification - Possess a valid Two-Wheeler and Driving License Please note that the salary offered for this position ranges from 16,000/- to 18,000/- GS + Incentives, depending on experience.
