You are a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive in the Pigments / Dyes / Chemicals Industry with 4-6 years of experience, capable of handling the international market. Your primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with key personnel from new and existing clients, cold calling international customers, and ensuring effective communication between the company and customers at all levels. You will be expected to maximize business with existing international customers through regular order and delivery management, negotiate effectively both internally and externally, prepare accurate sales offers, and ensure timely execution while managing all related documentation. Additionally, you will be required to collect and analyze various sales and operational data to generate insights, support decision-making, coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information. You will also assist the sales team with sampling activities and maintain good relationships with customers to maximize business opportunities. As a Senior Sales Executive, you should hold a B.SC in Chemistry or any graduate or post-graduate degree. Excellent communication skills, fluency in written and spoken English, strong closing skills, motivation for sales, and the ability to meet sales goals are essential for this role. Proficiency in MS Office and other required tools is also necessary to perform effectively in this position.
