Sales & Marketing Lead Intern (Performance-Based)

Role Type:

Internship – Performance-based (No fixed stipend)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach leads through WhatsApp, social media, email, or phone
• Promote our offerings and engage potential customers
• Assist in outreach campaigns and awareness drives
• Convert inquiries into enrollments or appointments
• Keep basic records of leads and conversions.

Incentives & Acknowledgment:

• Performance incentives may be offered based on conversions, but they are subject to the owner’s budget and discretion
• In some cases, incentives may not be applicable despite performance
• Certificate of Internship will be provided
• Top performers may receive a Letter of Recommendation
• Real-world exposure to marketing and client communication.

• Are a student or fresher curious about sales and marketing
• Are self-driven, target-oriented, and a good communicator
• Can work with minimal supervision and adapt quickly
• Want hands-on learning over fixed pay

Duration:

4–8 weeks | Flexible hours
