About the Roles:
We are looking for motivated candidates who are eager to build a long-term career in the marketing and sales field. The role involves promoting and converting sales for construction chemical products such as adhesives, epoxy, and related solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Take innovative and proactive initiatives in sales and marketing activities.
Meet with clients to understand their requirements and offer suitable product solutions.
Arrange and conduct meetings with architects, builders, and contractors to promote products.
Maintain strong, meaningful relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance and activity reports.
Requirements:
Passion for sales and marketing with a willingness to learn and grow.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler.
Candidates must have prior experience in sales.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
