1. Requirement Intake & Validation
- Check emails every morning for new requirements/inquiries- Validate each one, reply to the sender, and confirm the details- Enter valid requirements into the company software and assign to the relevant salesperson based on region- For anything unclear, call the customer directly to confirm it's legit and clarify the requirement
2. Prospecting & Cold Calling
- Call through the prospect list daily, aiming for 50 completed calls- Explain our product in detail to each customer- Qualify leads based on interest shown, upcoming requirements, or client connections in this line of business- Enter qualified leads into the software with the next follow-up date scheduled
3. Lead Assignment & Sales Coordination
- Assign validated leads to the right salesperson by region- Follow up with the salesperson the next day to check if the quotation was shared and get an update on the lead- Stay in regular touch with the sales team on all assigned leads
4. Reporting
- Prepare a daily report of calls made and outcomes from the prospect list
5. Marketing Support
- Help with marketing collaterals as needed
6. IT Collaboration & Tools
- Work with the IT team on building and improving tools for Sales & Marketing workflows- Support rollout, adoption, and improvements of internal productivity apps
7. Digital Assets
- Design and maintain HTML interfaces, and other online marketing assets
Pay: ₹9,900.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
