We export to 50+ countries and hold ISO and SGS certifications, serving HoReCa, cloud kitchens, QSR, and international B2B buyers across our Plastics and Foods divisions.Role OverviewWe're looking for a proactive Marketing & Sales Support Executive to take ownership of day-to-day social media execution, vendor sourcing research, and lead follow-up tracking — freeing up leadership time for final decisions and high-value conversations rather than day-to-day legwork.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media (Daily)

• Execute daily postings across Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp per the approved content calendar
• Maintain consistency with Damati's brand guidelines (premium dark-background aesthetic, gold/amber tones)
• Coordinate with the graphic designer for creative assets and flag content gaps in advance
• Track basic engagement metrics and flag anything unusual or high-performing

Vendor Sourcing

• Research and shortlist vendors/suppliers based on given criteria (raw materials, packaging, services, etc.)
• Compile comparative summaries (pricing, MOQs, lead times, certifications, references) for leadership to make final calls
• Maintain an organized, up-to-date vendor tracker

Lead Management

• Monitor incoming leads from website, IndiaMart, Alibaba, Amazon, and expo/trade show sources
• Ensure timely first response and follow-up per the domestic sales process
• Keep the lead tracker current — status, next action, owner — and flag stalled or high-priority leads proactively
• Escalate hot leads for leadership attention promptly

Requirements

• Atleast 1 year of experience in marketing coordination, sales support, or a similar operations/admin role
• Comfortable with social media scheduling tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM basics (Dynamics 365 exposure a plus)
• Strong written communication and follow-up discipline
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently once given direction
• B2B/manufacturing or export industry exposure is a plus, not mandatory

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
