Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to support our marketing, telecalling, digital campaigns, and client relationship activities. This role offers hands-on exposure across marketing, administration, and PR, making it a great opportunity for freshers and young professionals who want to grow their careers.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication (Telecalling)

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Explain services and follow up with leads.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Marketing & Promotions

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
Manage social media platforms and online promotions.
Support lead generation and engagement activities.

Operations & Administration

Maintain records, reports, and marketing data.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
Provide support to management in daily tasks.

Public Relations (PR)

Assist in branding activities and promotional events.
Draft and share updates with clients and partners.
Help maintain a positive brand image.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing & MS Office.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Freshers are welcome – training will be provided.
