About the job: We are looking for an energetic and proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to be the face of My School Of Rock in local communities. This role is ideal for someone who loves music, enjoys talking to people, and knows how to build grassroots connections. You'll be responsible for expanding our visibility by networking with cafes, apartments, and other key community spots to promote our music classes through posters, events, ad boards, and flyers. Key responsibilities: 1. Build partnerships with local cafes, apartment complexes, schools, and co-working spaces. 2. Pitch and negotiate space to display posters or flyers. 3. Organize small music jam sessions, demo classes, or open mics in collaboration with partners. 4. Message and follow up with leads generated from events, flyers, or online interest. 5. Maintain a basic CRM sheet to track communication and responses. 6. Identify high-footfall locations (gyms, cafes, bookstores, bus stops, etc.) to put up advertisement boards. 7. Distribute flyers around key localities especially family-friendly zones. 8. Plan and assist in conducting mini-events that promote My School Of Rock (e.g. music pop-ups, weekend showcases). 9. Assist the instructors in creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere during outreach events. Requirements: 1. Strong communicator in English and Kannada (bonus if you speak Hindi too). 2. Friendly, persuasive, and outgoing personality. 3. Interest in music and performing arts (not mandatory but preferred). 4. Ability to travel within Bengaluru. 5. Self-driven and organized. Perks: 1.
