Qualification: MBA in Marketing / BBA / Any Graduate
Experience: Fresher to 3 Years
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Chakan

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business leads through online and offline channels.
Contact potential clients, understand their requirements, and explain company services.
Promote IT services, including website development, mobile app development, and software solutions.
Handle client communication through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Schedule client meetings and follow up on business opportunities.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
Maintain client databases, sales pipelines, and follow-up records.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and business development.
Ability to identify potential customers and convert leads into clients.
Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools.
Knowledge of digital marketing, LinkedIn, and email marketing is an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.

Preferred Candidate

MBA in Marketing candidates are preferred.
Candidates interested in IT sales and business development.
Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
