Job Title: Sales Manager Position Overview: The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the sales pipeline, leading a team of DSAs, and ensuring the successful achievement of sales targets related to business loan products. This individual will be a results-driven, dynamic, and strategic leader with a strong understanding of loan products, DSA/DST operations, and sales processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead, train, and manage a team of DSA/DST to achieve sales targets. Develop sales strategies and expand business through DSAs. Monitor team performance and provide coaching for improvement. Recruit and onboard new DSA OR DST Build relationships with existing clients and DSAs to foster loyalty. Report on sales performance and make recommendations for growth. Ensure timely loan processing and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of sales experience, with a focus on Personal Loans or similar products. Proven experience managing DSAs Or DST Strong knowledge of loan products and sales processes. Preferred candidate profile Sales Manager with Personal Loans Experience. Or Any Product with DSA/DST experience
