Role & responsibilities We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager Personal Loans for Hyderabad location and Business Loans for Rajahmundry location to drive business growth through Direct Selling Agents (DSA) and other sales channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal loan sales, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify, onboard, and manage DSAs to generate personal loan business. Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales and ensure monthly and annual targets are met. Market Expansion: Develop strategies to expand the DSA network and enhance market penetration. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, customers, and financial institutions. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all loan applications comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Team Coordination: Work closely with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2+ years in personal loan/Business Loan sales, preferably managing DSAs. Industry Exposure: Prior experience in banking, NBFCs, or financial services is highly desirable. Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Target-Driven: Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales goals.
