Sales Manager - Luxury projects

Allied Realty is over 35 years old leading real estate consultancy of Chandigarh region. We require well educated and dedicated candidates for real estate project sales in Chandigarh and New Chandigarh offices. Candidate should have very good communication skills. Having project knowledge of New Chandigarh projects will be an added advantage.

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Follow up prospective customers through calls, emails and visits.

2. Showcase various projects to customers

3. Quickly learn about all features of the various projects and suggesting best fit projects to customers

4. Have pro active approach towards closing sales

5. Systematically and effectively manage enquiries and follow ups.

6. Negotiate and close deals with clients independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
