Job Description

As a Sales Manager specializing in Identity & Access Management solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving growth for our flagship Identity Confluence (IGA/IDAM) solution. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving new business development and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets for Identity Confluence. - Developing and nurturing long-term relationships with CXO-level stakeholders such as CISO, CIO, CTO, CRO, and Risk/Compliance Heads. - Partnering closely with pre-sales and solutioning teams to deliver tailored demos, solution workshops, and compelling proposals. - Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and leveraging industry connects. - Staying updated on IAM/IGA trends and competitor offerings to position Identity Confluence as the preferred choice. - Providing market intelligence and client feedback to product and marketing teams to shape future solution roadmaps. - Representing the organization in industry events, conferences, and partner forums to enhance visibility and generate leads. Desired Skills & Competencies: - Proven track record in selling Identity & Access Management (IAM/IGA/IDAM) or Identity Security solutions. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. - Robust network with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, Risk & Compliance Heads, and IT Security Leaders. - Ability to independently drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting, opportunity identification, solution positioning, proposal building, to closure. - Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in BFSI, IT, Identity Security, and Retail domain as they relate to Identity & Access Management. - Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams (presales, solution architects, delivery) to ensure successful outcomes. - Consultative selling mindset with strong business acumen and ability to map IAM solutions to clients" security and compliance challenges.
