Job Description – HVAC Sales Manager

Position Summary
Ensavior Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HVAC Sales Manager to drive business growth by promoting the company's HVAC and energy-efficient engineering solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, excellent customer relationship skills, and proven experience in project sales across commercial, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, and institutional sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities in HVAC project sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with MEP consultants, architects, HVAC contractors, builders, developers, EPC contractors, and end customers.
- Promote HVAC products, ventilation systems, hydronic solutions, indoor air quality (IAQ) products, pumps, valves, and energy-efficient solutions offered by the company.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with consultants and customers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales orders.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, projects, and service teams for successful project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, and MIS reports.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely support and relationship management.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in HVAC project sales or MEP sales.
- Proven experience in handling consultants, contractors, builders, developers, and corporate customers.
- Experience in selling HVAC equipment, ventilation systems, hydronic solutions, or related engineering products will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and project sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Strong customer relationship and business development skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and project visits.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
